Tip: Have your order delivered to your workplace. It's guaranteed someone will be there to receive it, and you don't have to worry about it being left outside unattended. (Confirm with your employer).

Process time - This is the time it takes to personalize your order and/or get it ready to ship. The processing time is stated in every product description with the words "This Product typically leaves our warehouse in ..."
Transit time - This is the time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your package based on the shipping method you choose and where you live.
Total Time To Delivery - To estimate total days to delivery combine processing time (use the item with the longest processing time) with the shipping time of the method you choose.

Don't get regular USPS mail delivery to your home? Please choose Standard shipping to ensure your package is delivered via UPS Home Delivery.
On the product page for each item, we have included the approximate time it takes for that specific product to leave our warehouse. This variation can occur because a non-personalized item might be available to ship within 48 hours, but an engraved item may need more time. If you order more than one item, your entire order will usually be shipped together. If you want your items shipped separately, please place separate orders.
Once your order is ready to ship, we can provide Rush Delivery. We offer 2 Day Shipping and Overnight Shipping, as well as Rush Processing for select items.
Because we understand that you may need your items sooner than the indicated timeframe, we offer Rush Processing for select items and/or next day shipping. If you are concerned that your order will not arrive in time for your wedding, please contact us so we can work with you personally.
We offer Rush Processing on most engraved and embroidered items.
What is Rush Processing? We will expedite the personalization of your engraved and embroidered items that are done in-house and ship them within 3 business days.
Fee: $5.00 per item. For example, if you order 3 of the same flask, your total Rush Processing fee would be $15.
Order information: Please put items for which you are not choosing Rush Processing on a separate order.
Two choices for selecting Rush Processing:
1. During Checkout, put a note in the Special Instructions section that you want Rush Processing. Because not all items are eligible, we will contact you to confirm that we are able to accommodate your request.
2. Order online and call us with your confirmation number at 1.800.759.7666 within 24 hours of ordering and we will confirm the availability of the service for your order and will manually add the request and associated charges to your order.
There are a few items on the Web site that will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and will arrive separately from the rest of your order. These items typically include edibles and personalized candles.
