Exclusively Weddings is dedicated to excellence and we take pride in every order we fulfill.

If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, the following policies apply:

- Non-personalized items can simply be returned within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility.

- Full refunds are not issued for correctly personalized items; We suggest that customers order our invitation samples or purchase proofs of their invitations before orders ship. Call our customer service team for details 1.800.759.7666

- Any error made by Exclusively Weddings will be corrected or credited to the customer; please email images of errors to service@exclusivelyweddings.com using your order number as the subject line and provide details to verify error.

- We understand mistakes happen. Customer errors can be corrected and reshipped. We will grant a discount of 50% off of the retail value*. Shipping costs cannot be discounted and additional promotions cannot be applied to correction orders.

- If a replacement item is not desired, the customer can only receive a 50% refund (shipping non-refundable) as personalized items cannot be restocked.

* Some orders may require that the customer reenter online. In these cases, Customer Service can issue a rebate to adjust the order to 50% off. If promotion codes are used, we will only credit back the amount necessary to bring the discount amount to 50%.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple and easy.

1) Request a Customer Return Number by contacting our customer service team at 1-800-759-7666 (M-F 8:30am-4:30pm EST), or via email. This allows us to correctly credit your account.

2) Ship your return to:

  • Your name and address
  • Telephone number
  • A copy of your Exclusively Weddings invoice
  • The reason for the return (so that we can make ourselves better!)
